These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Immortal Coach mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”), provided by Immortal Bodies, trading as Immortal Coach. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service, and you confirm this during onboarding. If you do not meet this requirement, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Pricing is shown in your local store at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
4. Managing subscriptions through Apple and Google
You manage, renew and cancel your subscription through the store account you purchased it with: your Apple ID subscription settings on iOS, or Google Play subscriptions on Android. We cannot cancel or refund a store subscription on your behalf.
5. Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, in line with the store’s rules. Cancelling stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google under their policies.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to harm others;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- misuse the AI Coach to generate harmful content or to solicit medical, dosing or diagnostic instructions the Service is not designed to provide.
7. AI limitations
The AI Coach provides general, informational guidance generated by an automated system. It can be inaccurate or incomplete, does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and does not replace professional advice. You are responsible for how you act on its suggestions.
8. Fitness and nutrition limitations
Training and nutrition content is provided for general fitness and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for personalised advice from a qualified professional. Consult a professional before beginning any new training or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition. See our Medical Disclaimer.
9. Peptide and supplement content
Peptide and supplement information in the Service is educational only. The Service does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend dosages or provide personalised medical advice. You are solely responsible for decisions about any substances you choose to use, and you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design and software, is owned by Immortal Bodies or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell or exploit the Service except as permitted.
11. Information and photos you submit
You retain ownership of the information, feedback and photos you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the Service for you: for example, to store your data, generate and adapt your plans and deliver AI responses. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.
12. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the Service.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and permanently delete your account at any time from the Delete your account page, which permanently removes your account and associated data. Deleting your account does not, by itself, cancel any Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that separately through the relevant store. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
