Refund Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Immortal Coach subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and Google Play, not from us directly. Those stores take the payment, so they also handle refunds — this page explains how to request one, how to cancel, and what we can help with.
Free trial
Your subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any point before it ends without paying anything.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the store charges you for the first period automatically and your subscription begins. Cancelling after that stops future renewals but does not refund the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling your subscription
You cancel through the store you bought from, not inside the Immortal Coach app. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
iPhone or iPad: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Immortal Coach, then Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Immortal Coach, then Cancel subscription.
Cancelling stops the subscription renewing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Requesting a refund
Because Apple and Google take the payment, refund requests go to them rather than to us.
Apple (iPhone, iPad): go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the Immortal Coach charge and choose Request a refund. Apple decides the outcome.
Google Play (Android): go to play.google.com/store/account, find the Immortal Coach order and select Report a problem. You can also request a refund from the Play Store app. Google decides the outcome.
Neither store guarantees a refund, and each sets its own time limit for requests. We do not control those decisions and cannot overturn them.
If the app is not working
If something on our side has stopped you using what you paid for, tell us before you go to the store. We would rather fix it.
Email us describing what went wrong and we will investigate. If we cannot put it right, we will say so plainly and support your refund request with the store, including confirming the fault to them where that helps.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law where you live. In South Africa that includes the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy describes, the law applies.

Please include the email address on your Immortal Coach account, which store you bought through, and the date of the charge. That lets us find the purchase without having to ask you twice.
We aim to reply within two working days.
